ما هو التطبيق

Lumo Player مشغّل وسائط لمشتركي مزوّدي الخدمة. لا يحتوي التطبيق على أي قنوات أو أفلام أو روابط. يُدخل المستخدم كود المتجر الذي أعطاه إياه مزوّد خدمته، ثم يسجّل الدخول باسم المستخدم وكلمة المرور الخاصّين باشتراكه، وكل ما يظهر في التطبيق يأتي من خدمة ذلك المزوّد.

البيانات التي نتعامل معها ولماذا

• كود المتجر: لعرض واجهة المتجر الصحيح، ويُحفظ على الجهاز.
• اسم المستخدم وكلمة المرور: لتسجيل الدخول إلى خدمة المزوّد. تُرسل عبر اتصال مشفّر (HTTPS)، وتُحفظ كلمة المرور مشفّرة على خوادمنا طوال الجلسة، ولا تُحفظ على الجهاز.
• معرّف عشوائي للتثبيت، ونوع الجهاز، ونسخة النظام، ونسخة التطبيق: لتطبيق حدّ الأجهزة في الاشتراك والدعم الفني والتحقق من التحديثات. لا نجمع أي معرّفات للجهاز أو معرّفات إعلانية.
• عنوان IP: للحماية من الاستخدام المسيء وتحديد عدد المحاولات.
• المفضلة وسجل المشاهدة وموضع التشغيل: لميزتي المفضلة ومتابعة المشاهدة، وتُحفظ مرتبطة بحساب المشترك.
• رمز قفل الأبوين: يُحفظ على الجهاز فقط بصيغة مشفّرة باتجاه واحد.

ما لا نفعله

• لا إعلانات، ولا أدوات تتبع أو تحليلات من أطراف ثالثة.
• لا نبيع البيانات ولا نشاركها لأغراض إعلانية.
• لا نصل إلى الموقع أو جهات الاتصال أو الصور أو الكاميرا أو الميكروفون.

مع من تُشارك البيانات

يُرسل اسم المستخدم وكلمة المرور إلى مزوّد الخدمة الذي يتبع له المتجر للتحقق من الاشتراك فقط. وتُستضاف خوادمنا لدى مزوّد استضافة سحابية يعالج البيانات نيابةً عنا.

الاحتفاظ بالبيانات وحذفها

• من الإعدادات ← «حذف بياناتي» تُحذف المفضلة وسجل المشاهدة من خوادمنا.
• تسجيل الخروج ينهي الجلسة على خوادمنا.
• حساب الاشتراك نفسه يملكه مزوّد الخدمة، ولإغلاقه تواصل مع المزوّد من شاشة الدعم في التطبيق.
• سجلات الخادم تُحفظ مدة محدودة لأغراض الأمان فقط.

الأطفال

التطبيق غير موجّه للأطفال دون 13 عامًا، ولا نجمع بيانات الأطفال عن قصد.

الأمان

كل الاتصالات بخوادمنا مشفّرة، والبيانات الحساسة محفوظة مشفّرة على الخادم.

What the app is

Lumo Player is a media player for customers of TV service providers. It contains no channels, films or links. The user enters the store code from their provider, then signs in with the username and password of their subscription; everything shown comes from that provider's service.

Data we handle and why

• Store code: to show the right store. Kept on the device.
• Username and password: to sign in to the provider. Sent over HTTPS. The password is kept encrypted on our servers for the session and never on the device.
• Random install id, device model, OS version, app version: for the subscription's device limit, support and update checks. No hardware or advertising identifiers are collected.
• IP address: for security, rate limits and abuse prevention.
• Favorites, watch history, playback position: for favorites and continue watching, linked to the subscriber.
• Parental PIN: on the device only, hashed.

What we don't do

• No advertising, and no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs.
• We don't sell data or share it for advertising.
• No access to location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone.

Who data is shared with

The username and password go to the store's service provider, only to check the subscription. Our servers run at a cloud hosting provider that processes data on our behalf.

Retention and deletion

• Settings → Delete my data removes favorites and history from our servers.
• Signing out ends the session on our servers.
• The subscription account belongs to the provider; to close it, contact the provider from the app's Support screen.
• Server logs are kept for a limited time, for security only.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

Security

All connections to our servers are encrypted, and sensitive data is stored encrypted.
